For nearly 50 years, Lombardi Family Concepts has shaped the way Dallas dines. What began in 1977 with a single restaurant — Lombardi's — has grown into a family of beloved concepts across Texas and beyond, each one rooted in founder Alberto Lombardi's lifelong passion for hospitality.


With 48 years in the industry, Alberto has built more than a restaurant group. He has created places where people feel something — a sense of warmth, of welcome, of belonging. From Italian trattorias and French bistros to modern Asian fusion, every concept reflects his belief that great hospitality begins with making guests feel at home.


That commitment lives in the details. We make our pastas, gelatos, and desserts in-house. We source fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. We craft menus that honor classic recipes while leaving room for creativity. And above all, we lead with genuine care — for our guests, for our team, and for the communities we serve.

Two Families, One Tradition

For more than three hundred years the roots of our family have delved in the soil of our much beloved Calabria and the branches have sprouted with the passion for our olive groves and their outstanding oil. Our commitment to excellence and respect for tradition dates back to the XVII century and has been steadfastly maintained in an everchanging world to preserve the authenticity and the high quality of our product. Today we proudly carry on the legacy of our ancestors with the same passion and dedication.


But our history goes beyond olive oil production; it is intertwined with that of another family, the Lombardi, with whom we share a deep bond that spans generations. Like our oil, this bond, made up of affection, mutual respect, and shared values, has been cultivated with equal love over the years, passing from grandparents to parents and now to our children and grandchildren.


Together, we have strived to deliver an unmatched experience and, thus, we created a new kinship that has allowed us to present our oil in a unique ceramic bottle: a masterpiece painstakingly handcrafted and adorned by the Aldo Fumanti family, esteemed ceramists in Gubbio, renowned as the home of Italy's most skilled ceramic artisans. Each bottle transcends its functionality, emerging as a symbol of artistry and devotion.


It is with heartfelt gratitude and enthusiasm that we join the Lombardi family across the Ocean with our product, each bottle being a tangible symbol of the unity of our families and of the rich legacy passed down through generations.
